He was re-arrested on March 6, Paul Nathan, 50, a former contract medical technician at the St. Tammany Parish jail, pleaded guilty in September to malfeasance after a female prisoner accused him of sexual misconduct. The prisoner told investigators that he exposed himself and asked her for oral sex, which she performed out of fear of retaliation.
