Beginning verification phase of system scan. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Microsoft support has been zero help so far and I want this resolved Here is my latest Reliability History. It has only happened once since I reset the computer this morning.
I'm not sure why the warning for system updates has happened as windows was just installed. I'm not sure how to proceed with fixing this. Any help is appreciated. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Thank you for your reply and the wealth of information attached. Unfortunately this error is not something I can consistently repeat for now I will be trying to set my second monitor to landscape instead of portrait as it is currently in.
For now I keep using the PC and playing the specific game where the crash is occurring and see if it fixes the issue. I will report back on my findings. In the meantime do you know why Desktop Window Manager is not present in Services.
That seems like an issue to me. Should switching the orientation of the second monitor not help I will most likely try to look into the bios version next. Again thank you, and I will be in touch. Well didn't have to wait long. The same crash happened almost immediately with the second monitor in landscape mode, however the error in reliability viewer has changed. Now the error is only a hardware error. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Is this an issue with Desktop Window Manager or a separate issue with the pc?
I'm not completely sure what I'm looking for in device manager. Once I'm there I go to System Devices and there are a ton of things under it. Is there any ones I should be specifically checking?
I did however download the AMD utility you posted in your original response and it download something automatically, I'm guessing the latest drivers for the chipset?
Should I give it some time to see if this has solved it and if not try to flash the BIOs or should I check my BIOs and update that as well Not completely sure how to do that. I greatly appreciate your help as these are things I would not have been able to figure out to try my self.
