If somebody is providing incorrect information, somebody else will jump in with a correction. It's okay to ask a couple questions in one msg, but to keep the dialog on topic the questions should be related.

If you've got lots of questions, split them up and post in the right forums, depending on whether the questions are related to hardware, the operating system, or third-party software. Do not crosspost the same question in multiple forums--choose the most appropriate forum for the question and post only there. To be considerate, spend some time with the forum search function beforehand. If you have lots of questions, chances are some of them have already been answered before.

Thank you, once again. I understand the proper approach. I really do look through many sources and searches before I post. The archives have so much to offer. Now that I can finally get to both the Jourrnal and KB, it should solve at least half of my problems.

But at this moment, I think the best approach is to call tech support with so many of these very individualized questions.
